WHAT IT IS

Everything your TA function needs to run.

RPO Full is not a support service. We become your recruitment function. Every element an internal TA team would own sits with us for the duration of the engagement.

People

The recruiters, sourcers and coordinators needed to deliver your hiring plan, deployed and accountable to our standards.

Process

End-to-end hiring workflow from briefing through to offer, built around your business and run by us.

Technology

ATS configuration, sourcing tools and reporting infrastructure. We bring what's needed or integrate with what you have.

Outcomes

Named SLAs covering time to fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance and agency reduction. We're measured on results.

HOW WE'RE MEASURED

Named SLAs. Not estimates.

Every RPO Full engagement runs on outcome SLAs from day one, agreed at scoping and reported on across the life of the engagement.

1

Time to Fill (TTF)

Days from confirmed brief to accepted offer, agreed per role type at scoping.

2

Agency Usage

Target zero. Tracked from day one and reported against your pre-engagement baseline.

3

Candidate Satisfaction (cSat)

Scored at offer stage. We're accountable for the candidate experience, not just acceptance.

4

Offer Acceptance Rate

Offers accepted versus extended. A measure of candidate quality and brief accuracy.

5

Hiring Manager Satisfaction

Scored quarterly by your hiring managers on the internal experience of the function.

6

Retention at 90 Days

Percentage of hires still in role at 90 days, holding us accountable beyond the offer.

Who is RPO Full for?

RPO Full tends to be the right conversation when a few things are true at once.

✓  No internal TA function, or one that needs replacing rather than supplementing
✓  Every hire currently going through a hiring manager or founder
✓  Agency spend with no accountability attached to it
✓  A TA function that has lost the confidence of the business
✓  Wants a complete solution, not something to manage

From scoping to steady state.

1 Discovery +

We map your hiring plan, assess your setup, and agree the scope of the function we're taking on.

2 Mobilisation +

We deploy the team, configure the technology, and brief hiring managers. SLAs start from go-live.

3 Delivery +

We run the full recruitment cycle. Weekly reporting keeps you across pipeline health and SLA performance.

4 Optimisation +

Quarterly reviews and data-driven improvements. Built to scale with you, not stay static.

Where RPO Full fits.

RPO Full is one of three RPO models, each built for a different level of ownership. Here's how they compare.

RPO Lite

•  Internal TA team exists and is functioning
•  Needs shared delivery ownership, not a full takeover
•  Wants named SLAs without losing internal capability

RPO Project

•  A defined volume and timeframe, not an ongoing need
•  Internal TA stays in place for everything else
•  Surge hiring: a launch, a restructure, a funding round

RPO Full

•  No internal TA function, or one that isn't working
•  Wants a complete solution, not something to manage
•  Ready to hand over the whole function, not part of it

Common questions.

1 How long does it take to get the function running? +

Typically two to three weeks from contract sign-off to go-live, depending on complexity and your current setup.

2 What happens to our existing ATS and tools? +

We integrate with what you have wherever it makes sense, and agree a path forward together during scoping.

3 Will candidates know they're speaking to an outsourced function? +

Only if you want them to. We operate under your employer brand by default.

4 What does the commercial model look like? +

A retained engagement, priced on scope: hire volume, role mix and geography. No agency-style success fees.

5 What if our hiring plan changes mid-engagement? +

We plan for this. A flex mechanism avoids a full commercial renegotiation.

6 Is this right if we still have an internal TA team? +

Not usually. RPO Lite or Embedded is the better fit if your team just needs capacity.
