Our client, reBuy is the simple buying and selling Internet Shop. Users can buy and sell refurbished media and electronic items. Compared to online auction houses and marketplaces reBuy is particularly simple, fast and secure in its user interface and implementation. All in all, users can buy refurbished qualitative products up to 50% cheaper. All items are sold with an 36-months functional warranty.

Job Description

As Head of CRM you are responsible for the national strategy as well as for the development and growth of our international markets. Together with your team of 3 CRM Managers you will create and adjust CRM activities and pitch perfectly suited offers to each target group. Precise individualized newsletters are essential, in addition to discover new touchpoints and channels with our powerful campaign management tool.

Your tasks:

  • Be strategic - analyse data to optimize the offers to each target group

  • Be technical - develop our work with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Be responsible - lead and coach a highly competent team on a regular basis

  • Be cooperative - join forces and work closely with other departments such as UX, Sales and IT

  • Be international  - setup and develop CRM activities in current and upcoming markets

What you should have...

  • You own a bachelor’s or master degree, preferably with a focus on marketing and/or communications
  • You bring at least 5 years of CRM experience, preferably in eCommerce

  • You have a proven track record of leading and developing teams

  • You are an expert in email service products and campaign management tools - ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • You are a great communicator in English with German skills as a plus
